Shipping and Refunds
- We are so glad you are here!
- Orders are fulfilled once payment is received. That means we actually make the product once you place the order. Your items may take 2-3 weeks to receive. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped once payment has been confirmed and item is made.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. Make sure you put on your apartment or unit number on your order if you have one. We are also not responsible for any additional postage required to re-ship the order, if the package is returned to us for any reason (unless we mistakenly shipped it the incorrect address, of course).
- Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email letting you know your package is on its way. All packages receive a tracking number. Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. But please, if you do have an issue, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.
- I want you to be happy with your purchase. If your size is an issue, please send me an email at email@example.com within five days of receiving your order to discuss the details. Before, ordering please refer to sizing charts. These shirts are really true to size and they don't really shrink.
- Mugs are not returnable unless there's an issue in shipping. Please send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receipt of the product with a description of the issue and a picture.
